The "grand slam" of special events for corporate meetings, conferences and conventions, this team building adventure is just what meeting planners are looking for: a dynamic, fun, fast-paced, and a powerful learning experience! Team Fest represents the latest innovation in action learning and teambuilding programs. Your organization's strategic vision, meeting themes, and key messages to your people are integrated into this program to create a uniquely customized program. Using either an indoor or outdoor setting, your group (divided into teams of 10-16 participants each) will attempt to successfully complete a series of Team Building Challenges. Each Team Building Challenge is valued at a different dollar/point amount - with the goal being to earn as many dollars/points in the time allotted. Different types of skill-sets are required for achieving success. Each team-member will have an opportunity to choose which type of challenges to pursue.

This program is highly customized for each organization we work with. Some of the potential objectives that you may choose to focus on include:
